TICKETS PLUS is a fully computerised ticketing agency based in Cairns, providing ticketing services for sporting, entertainment and other events.
You can utilise TICKETS PLUS to SELL tickets to your event, or you can BUY tickets for an extensive range of events in Cairns and North Queensland.
TICKETS PLUS is staffed by friendly, service oriented, industry trained professionals and utilizes ProVenueMax computerised ticketing software.
Tickets can be purchased at our main TICKETS PLUS office, located at Stockland Cairns, from one of TICKETS PLUS agents who are part of the TICKETS PLUS network, by phone, mail or fax, or on-line from this site.

DOES TICKETS PLUS SET THE TICKET PRICE?

The individual promoter and organisations set the ticket prices. This includes the option of concession prices. They are also responsible for the advertising of their events.

WHY DOES TICKETS PLUS CHARGE FEES FOR EXCHANGED / REFUNDED TICKETS?

Like any business, we have to charge for the services we provide. TICKETS PLUS receives only the Booking Fee component of any ticket price. In the case of Exchanges/Refunds, this Booking Fee, and a Refund Fee, must be charged to recover costs.

WHY DOES TICKETS PLUS REQUIRE PERSONAL DETAILS SUCH AS AN ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I BUY A TICKET?

This information, although not compulsory, can be helpful for a number of reasons:
• If your tickets are stolen/lost we are able to trace them to you
• If an error occurs we were unaware of at the time of sale we can correct it
• If we need to change your seating, we can contact you before the performance, ensuring a hassle-free event for all
• If an event is cancelled we are able to contact you regarding your refund.
